ClearSigns Digital Limited is our large format commercial backbone. Our small army of wide format machines are carefuly setup, calibrated and maintained to provide quality reliable output for our corporate and high volume clients.
Whilst continuing to grow steadily we always aim to ensure that we can service our valued Digital print clients with the requisite priority. To this end we optomise and monitor our output to minimise downtime and maximise quality.

We have significant experience in meeting the demands of both the photographic and television industry (more demanding than most).
Prioritising our client relationships enables us to provide the required service levels whilst maintaining a realistic approach to schedules and delivery. We understand that delivering a product is only part of the picture, giving our clients the confidence to make related decisions in their own business sphere.

Creative Sign Design

Using the latest industry standard software, we can work from your existing designs or create a brand identity from scratch. We are used to dealing with extensive multi-panel designs for exhibition graphics and facilitating commercial customers in the realisation of high quality concepts. Once the designs are finalised, we will produce the graphics using the appropriate materials. Either solid colour, cut vinyls or full colour, digitally printed and over-laminated vinyls to achieve the best results for your installation. Application of these vinyls is usually undertaken at our site in Stalbridge, Dorset but occasionally we can come out to you and install where you are.
We understand that design is far more than just artwork and that for commercial customers it is often part of a much larger vision.

We are continually investing into our existing and new digital print and cut technology as we feel appropriate. Careful maintenance and monitoring allows us to sustain our quality of output regardless of equipment ages. ClearSigns partners with best in industry experts and monitors emerging technologies. However, our primary aim is customer satisfaction and proven results.

Materials and substrates

All our cut vinyls are rated with a 5-7 year lifespan (this only applies to the adhesion aspect).  We can supply a very extensive range of vinyl colours to match your company identity. For greater precision in colour matching we sometimes use printed output from our calibrated machines.

We predominately use DiBond for longlife external signage and corex for certain temporary applications. Whilst we do utilse other substrates we will recommend what has proven best, in our experience, for any given application. Applying over-lamination to any printed vinyls will increase the UV stability of the print and protect it from scratching. This is of real benefit when applied to vehicles. We use 500gsm PET material for all our roller or pull-up banners. This is a premium product which you do not find in the budget roller banners supplied by other signage companies. We also only supply premium roller banner mechanisms so as to ensure ease of use time & time again.

Our Workflow…

From a customers initial enquiry we will establish what the design and artwork requirements are or use the customers existing designs.

We will then provide a scaled approval sheet and work with the customer to complete any required alterations to their satisfaction. This is best done in person at our office but can be carried out by email.

Upon approval we will organise the installation, delivery or vehicle drop off date. We ordinarily work on a 7-10 day turn around from point of order however certain larger projects may take longer.

Payment is usually required upon completion or installation (again larger projects may differ and require material deposits).

ClearSigns are covered by public liability insurance to the required level for site instalations.

What you need to provide…

If you have artwork ready to go then that always speeds things up, however, we can design artwork for you if required. We can work from EPS, PDF, JPEG.

We would prefer all files at 100 percent scale.

JPEG – 300dpi minimum

TIF – 24bit or lower (for direct print only)

For individual files under 10Mb email will suffice. Otherwise Dropbox, Wetransfer etc.
