Sorry, nothing to see here.
Sorry, but we’re so busy producing great signs that we may not have had opportunity to tell you more about them here yet.
The customer needed a traditional style swing sign to promote her bridal boutique. The sign needed to compliment the building it was due to hang from, and also the logo, shop name and the products sold by the boutique.
The artwork came to us in a format we could instantly use, saving the customer an artwork charge.
The sign substrate was constructed from oak and DIBOND® – an aluminium composite board. The oak frame was fitted around the DIBOND® centre panel, and the whole thing was hand painted to match the customer’s colour scheme. Vinyl lettering was then applied to both sides of the board.
This customer is based many counties away from our workshop, so we had the sign delivered by courier. We gave some advise about installation and the customer sourced the ironwork and installed it themselves.
Small, but perfectly suited to it’s location! We trust it serves them well.
We provided reflective branding truck signs on new additions to a growing vehicle fleet. This customer asked us to make their signage visible both day and night, as their vehicles are often in use during the evening and returning from on-site visits after dark. We needed to modify the original design slightly, to make it clearer, in order for the reflective qualities of the material to stand out.
The reflective vinyl is only suitable for use on flat surfaces. It can become brittle and crack over time, so to avoid this, we design the artwork to fit within the flat spaces. Application is the same as with any vinyl and the product comes in different ‘life’ grades. We used the 7 year vinyl for this customer and are confident that the vinyl will outlive this life span as the vehicles are well looked after.
As these vehicles are frequently in use, we were able to apply the graphics at a time to suit the client, by installing the graphics on-site, at their yard. They were able to clean down the vehicles as we arrived, enabling us to apply the graphics quickly, before the lorries were dispatched for their next jobs. For this customer we provide on-site application which is offered for local business, but costs more than application at our own premises.
The final result, lorry graphics visible, day and night!
Prodigy PC approached us to modernise the look of their emergency call out van fleet and also to apply the same treatment to their roadside signs and office sign. They needed us to produce and apply 3 sets of vinyl vehicle graphics, an A-board type sign in addition to a wall mounted bracket swing sign.
We started with their old logo in a Jpeg format and utilsing various professional software applications, gave the logo a fresh new look with really eye catching results.
We used both standard 5 year vinyl and also 7 year bodywrap vinyl which allowed us to enlarge the design over complex body panels and windows without the danger of the vinyl peeling away over time. We also used a mirror chrome vinyl on the companion office sign and the road signs to make the logo really stand out.
Each vehicle took approximately 1 working day to complete. This included cleaning off old vinyls and removing the adhesives. Preparing the body work with a number of degreasents and applying the vinyls, layer by layer to achieve an impressive end result. The same techniques were used for the office swing sign and road side A-Board sign. To ensure no air bubbles were left under the vinyl, we used application fluids and appropriate sign making tools to achieve a blemish free finish. The result – A really modern, eye catching sign design showing the quality of the business services provided by our client.
